“Historically, the role of sculpting was visual storytelling. By helping a community commemorate its history, I continue in that tradition by communicating the underlying narrative connecting the past with the present.”
For three decades, I’ve committed myself to excellence in sculpting and problem-solving for projects ranging from the finest miniatures to large public monuments. I’ve developed a reputation for quality, lifelike portraiture; expressive and accurate anatomical figure sculpture; attention to the smallest details; and a total commitment to the successful completion of a project. I began with sculpting figurative collectibles based on movie and television properties for clients including LucasFilms, New Line Cinema, Dreamworks, Paramount, and Disney.
Beginning in 2016, I combined my interest in history with my love of sculpture, and I now help create public sculptures that celebrate the history and contributions of individuals who have worked to make society a better place. I have worked extensively as assistant sculptor for renowned sculptor Meredith Bergmann on high profile projects installed throughout New York State and Massachusetts.
Currently, my interest has turned to multi-subject sculptural educational installations that promote a wider understanding of history.
I enjoy working with localities that want to tell their stories through sculpture and value a collaborative process that engages with a wide range of stakeholders.
I am committed to beautiful form in sculpture and powerful meaning in monuments.
